Affiliates introduce and educate—they do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend specific medications or dosages, interpret lab results, or guarantee eligibility. Medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare providers following an appropriate evaluation.

How do commissions work?
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or custom-branded landing page. Qualifying purchases must be successfully completed and not canceled, refunded, or charged back. Your commission rate is defined in your Affiliate Agreement or Partner Schedule.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are processed monthly and are generally issued on or around the 15th after the applicable hold period expires. A minimum payout threshold may apply under your agreement.
What can I track?
Your affiliate dashboard may show referral-link clicks, customer enrollments, completed purchases, pending commissions, paid commissions, and monthly performance reports.
Can I promote IHN Labs on social media?
Yes. Affiliates may use approved social channels, compliant messaging, and approved marketing materials. Clear affiliate disclosure is required where applicable—for example, “I may earn a commission if you enroll through my affiliate link.”
Can I create my own photos, videos, or educational content?
Yes, when the content is truthful, professional, accurate, balanced, and consistent with IHN Labs Brand Standards. Content may not expose protected patient information, misrepresent results, make unsupported health claims, or alter IHN Labs branding without approval.
Can I run paid search advertising?
Not without prior written approval. Affiliates may not bid on IHN Labs trademarks, brand names, or confusingly similar keywords in paid search campaigns.
Can I recommend a medication, peptide, dosage, or treatment?
No. You may accurately describe available wellness programs, but all clinical recommendations and treatment decisions must come from a licensed healthcare provider after an appropriate medical evaluation.
Who helps customers with medical or support questions?
Customer-care questions should be directed to the IHN Labs support team or assigned patient care coordinator. Clinical questions should always be handled by licensed healthcare professionals.
